Mikhail Street. The name of the hotel is in French, the name of the store below is in Russian. Cobblestone streets. The scene in the lower right foreground looks like it may have been added or enhanced by the photographer, pre-Photoshop. The dress is mixed, a typical working/shopping day. Some are in peasant dress, some in modern clothes of the era, one man in classic Georgian choka.
