Since tea needs warmth and water, I would guess this plantation might be in Adjara, on the Black Sea coast. That's probably the overseer on the far left. I only see one adult male worker and three little boys. Looks like mulched young plants in the foreground, compared to the plants farher back, or these may have just been harvested. Smaller, at any rate.
