At ome glimpse, you are right, it looks like a blue bath, but it is a Funiculora building:)

I'd like to know more about this lovely building. It might be in the Jewish quarter, judging by the windows. Could this now be the blue bath at the upper end of Bath St? The guy on the right is a very natty dresser, straw boater and all, taking a sip and snack outdoors at a folding table. That's probably the vendor's shack/restaurant on the right.
